If you have not yet decided what to do for Easter lunch here there is our proposal for a menu made of refined and traditional dishes. To spend a special sunday in the beautiful terrace of Hotel Porta Felice! Our Chef elaborates a menu that combines tradition and innovation, with a second dish as the traditional lamb and the restyling of some of the most typical dishes as Risotto with artichokes and speck. The ideal way to celebrate Easter with family or whoever you like.
Sunday, April 5th we propose:
Starters: Grandmother’s Caponata, olives in fantasy, selection of local cheese, local salami.
Aubergines roll stuffed with piana degli albanesi’s ricotta,
Fist courses: Risotto with artichokes and caciocavallo cheese flakes, Caserecce pasta with sausage ragout and wild fennel
Second courses: Savory veal roll, lamb rib, pork chop and baked potatoes.
Dessert: Cassata pie, Traditional colomba cake
