WELCOME COCKTAIL: Prosecco and  salmon, caviar and pistachio canapes

STARTER: Grilled Maiolino Octopus on the bed of lemon potatoes / Cod nuggets with onion Tropea  jam / Shrimp in soy emulsion with sage and wild rocket

ENTRE’ES: Swordfish ravioli on aubergines cream flavored with cherry tomato and mint /  “Casarecce” pasta with artichokes cream, clams and crunchy courgettes

SECOND DISHES: King prawns wrapped in sea bream filet tangerine flavored

SIDE ORDER: Potatoes and “friarelli” pie

DESSERT: “Semifreddo”  with fresh fruit and pomegranate – Panettone – Pandoro – Lentils and Cotechino

ENTRE’ES: Carnaroli risotto with apples, wild rocket and shrimps  / Homemade “busiata” with seafood

SECOND DISHES: Millefeuille of sea bass, potatoes and courgettes topped with almonds

SIDE ORDER: Lemon spinach

DESSERT: Chef’s semifreddo -Fresh fruit – Panettone – Pandoro
